Tips for Common Stomach Issues on Long Rides

If you frequently have stomach or GI issues on long rides, the below is a link to a good article on the topic.

(Actually it was on long distance running but it would apply to any endurance activity.)

I’ve had a chance to play around with some of the tips, such as altering the sugar types, and I wanted to pass this along to the group.
